Piping Spools
Vrishal Engineering Pvt. Ltd. fabricates, supply duly painted piping spools under controlled shop conditions across a wide range of diameters, thicknesses and metallurgies, from carbon steel to alloy and stainless grades.
Spools are produced directly from isometrics — cut, fitted, welded, inspected, tested, painted and marked with full identification and traceability — so that work at site reduces to handling, positioning and field-joint welding.

Every Spool Carries Its Own History
A spool is only as good as the record behind it. Material identification, heat number transfer, welder identification, weld maps and NDT reports have to follow the spool from the cutting table to the erection front.
Vrishal Engineering maintains stage-wise records through fabrication, so that the inspection and test documentation is complete when the spool is handed over, not reconstructed afterwards.
Traceability

Spools fabricated in the wrong order create double handling, congested laydown areas and idle erection crews.
Dispatch is planned area-wise and system-wise against the site erection priority, with field joints clearly marked and spools identified line by line.
The result is a laydown yard that supports erection rather than blocking it, and erection crews that always have the next spool available.
