Vrishal Engineering Pvt. Ltd. fabricates, supply, erects fired heaters and their associated systems for refinery, petrochemical, chemical, fertilizer plants and power plants.
Scope covers heater structure, casing, radiant and convection coils, headers, burners, stack and ducting, together with the refractory, insulation and coating work that goes with them — executed as new-build erection or as tube replacement and revamp within a shutdown window.

High Temperature, Tight Access, Fixed Window
Heater internals leave very little room to work. Tube-to-tube spacing, support clearances and confined access decide how fast welding and fitting can actually progress.
Most heater work also sits on the critical path of a shutdown, so the sequence of scaffolding, tube removal, welding, NDT, refractory and dry-out has to be planned before the plant comes down, not after.

Fabrication Backup Behind the Site Work
Coils, headers, spools and replacement panels are prefabricated in the shop and kept ready before the shutdown starts.
Having replacement items complete, inspected and staged at site removes fabrication from the shutdown critical path and leaves only removal, fitting, welding and testing to be done in the window.
Experienced supervisors, qualified welders, riggers and refractory crews are deployed together so that the trades follow each other without waiting.
