Vrishal Engineering Pvt. Ltd. fabricates, supply and erects storage tanks for chemical, petrochemical, refinery, fertilizer and water service, built to API 650 and project-specific requirements.
Scope covers plate handling, bottom and shell fabrication, roof construction, nozzle and internal fitting, welding, NDT, hydrotesting and painting — executed at the tank farm with the lifting, jacking and handling arrangements the chosen erection method demands.

Geometry Controlled at Every Course
A tank is built one course at a time, and every error carried upward becomes harder to correct. Verticality, roundness, peaking and banding are checked course by course rather than at the end.
Weld sequence and process is planned to control distortion, because a shell pulled out of shape by uncontrolled welding cannot be brought back economically once the courses above are in place.
Erection Discipline
Proven Full Before It Is Handed Over
Hydrostatic testing does two jobs. It proves the weld integrity of the tank, and it loads the foundation so that settlement behaviour can be measured before the tank goes into service.
Settlement readings, vacuum box results, radiography reports and calibration records are compiled through the job, so that handover documentation is complete when the water is drained.
