Structural Steel Execution
Vrishal Engineering Pvt. Ltd. executes structural steel work for industrial plants, covering pipe racks, technological structures, equipment supports, platforms, walkways, stairs and shed structures.
Scope runs from 3D modeling, shop drawing review and material take-off through fabrication, blasting, painting, dispatch, erection, alignment, bolting, welding and final touch-up at site, executed as a single responsibility from the workshop to the erected structure.

Sequence Decides Duration
The duration of a structural job is rarely set by the tonnage. It is set by crane access, area handover, sequence of bays and how fast bolted connections can be completed behind the crane.
Planning the erection sequence against foundation readiness, crane positions and available work fronts is what keeps the crane productive instead of waiting for an area to be released.
Erection Planning
Checked Before the Crane Is Released
Once the crane moves on, correcting alignment becomes a separate job with its own cost and its own risk.
Plumb, level, line, shim packs and bolt tightening are checked while the lifting arrangement is still available, and weld inspection follows immediately behind the erection front.
Deficiencies are closed area by area, so that piping, equipment and E&I disciplines receive a structure they can start on without waiting.
