Vrishal Engineering Pvt. Ltd. executes and supply complete process piping work for refinery, petrochemical, chemical and fertilizer plants, across a wide range of diameters, thicknesses and metallurgies.
Scope covers isometric study, shop spool fabrication, erection, field joint welding, NDT, PWHT, flushing, hydrotesting and reinstatement, planned and progressed system by system so that complete test packages can be handed over rather than isolated lines.

Inch-dia is a convenient unit for measuring welding output, but no plant is commissioned on inch-dia. It is commissioned system by system.
Planning is therefore built around test packages: which lines, supports, valves and joints have to be complete before a package can be flushed, tested and reinstated. Progress that does not close a test package does not advance the schedule.

The Joint Is Where the Risk Sits
Almost every piping failure and almost every schedule slip traces back to the weld. Repairs consume welder hours twice, delay radiography and push back the whole test package.
Welder qualification, approved WPS and PQR, consumable control, fit-up checking and joint-wise tracking are used to keep the repair rate low rather than to measure it afterwards.
NDT is progressed alongside welding so that acceptance is confirmed while the work front is still open.
