Handling, setting and alignment of static and rotating plant equipment
Project Execution
Equipment Erection
Vrishal Engineering Pvt. Ltd. executes equipment installation for process plants, covering columns, reactors, vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, pumps, compressors, blowers and packaged units.
Scope covers foundation checking, rigging, lifting, setting, alignment, grouting, internals fitting and pre-commissioning support, with lifting arrangements planned and approved before any load leaves the ground.
Scope of Work

Planned on Paper Before It Leaves the Ground
A heavy lift is an engineering activity, not a crane activity. Load, radius, boom configuration, ground bearing pressure, lifting lug capacity, sling angle and tailing arrangement all have to be settled in the lift plan.
The plan is reviewed and approved, the area is barricaded, the crew is briefed, and only then does the lift proceed. This sequence is what keeps a critical lift routine instead of eventful.
Lifting
Level, Centreline, Orientation
Equipment set out of level or out of orientation creates problems that appear much later — in nozzle mismatch, in piping strain, in coupling alignment and in vibration.
Setting tolerances are checked and recorded before grouting, because after grouting the correction is no longer a shim; it is a demolition.
For rotating equipment, alignment is checked again after grouting, after piping connection and before trial run, since each stage can change what the previous one established.
