Surface Preparation & Coating
Vrishal Engineering Pvt. Ltd. provides surface preparation and industrial coating services for structure, piping, equipment and tanks, both in the workshop and at site.
Work covers blasting to the specified surface profile, primer, intermediate and finish coats, specialised coatings and touch-up, with environmental conditions, film thickness and coating intervals controlled as the specification requires.
Scope of Work
Prepare. Coat. Inspect. Protect.

Preparation Decides How Long the Paint Lasts
Coating failures are almost never a paint problem. They are a preparation problem — residual mill scale, poor profile, salt contamination or a primer applied after the blasted surface has already started to rust.
Getting the surface right costs a fraction of what recoating an erected structure costs later, which is why blasting quality and the blast-to-primer interval are controlled rather than assumed.
Coating Life
Environment, Profile, Thickness
Surface preparation is done under control favorable climate conditions. Humidity, surface temperature and dew point decide whether a coat can be applied at all on a given day, and overcoating intervals decide whether the next coat will bond.
Readings are taken before application rather than recorded afterwards, and dry film thickness is checked coat by coat so that shortfall is corrected while the system is still being built up.
Records follow the item through blasting, priming, finishing and touch-up, so the coating history is complete at handover.
