HH2700
850 MT of structural steel and 53,500 inch-metre of process piping executed to a high-purity specification, achieving an internal surface finish of Ra 0.8 µm.
• Dedicated clean-fabrication facilities, qualified welding procedures and stage-wise inspection maintained throughout.
• Stringent cleanliness and surface-finish requirements of the process met in full.
Coral 2, OSBL
750 MT of structural steel installed within 85 days. Pipe-rack bridges were fabricated and assembled in the shop and moved to site in fully assembled condition as single modules of 18.0 m × 6.5 m × 4.0 m, eliminating piece-by-piece site assembly, compressing the erection window and substantially reducing work-at-height exposure.
HGU Project
280 MT of structure, 60 equipment items and 25,000 inch-metre of piping completed to a compressed programme.
- Where upstream spool availability constrained the work front, the schedule was recovered by mobilising additional resources, re-sequencing work fronts and monitoring progress daily.
- On the strength of this performance, the client entrusted VEPL with substantial additional scope during execution.
Lime Kiln Conveyer structure
1,560 MT of conveyor structure delivered and erected in fully assembled condition, covering both straight (2D) and complex 3D geometry, with erection carried out up to 65 m height.
- Modularisation adopted end-to-end: bridges, transfer towers and trestles were fabricated, assembled and painted in the shop rather than built piece-by-piece at site.
- Each conveyor bridge shipped as a single assembled module of 21 m × 6.8 m × 2.8 m weighing 36 MT, moved 750 km from Dahej to Mithapur as an ODC consignment.
- Each module set in final position in a single crane lift, with no site piece-assembly required.
MPP13, MPP12, HFPO
Single-point execution of 4,000 MT of structure, 1,500 equipment items and 175,000 inch-metre of piping.
- Scope covered steel supply, detailed engineering, fabrication, surface preparation and painting, transportation and installation of structure.
- Equipment installation and complete piping fabrication and installation.
- Engineering and construction were run concurrently against a progressively released and evolving design. Continuous interface management, rolling re-planning and close coordination kept execution moving without loss of work front.
20131B La Porte HyCo 4
Export-standard fired-heater module fabrication for a US end user.
- Structural steel procured to Grade E350 Gr. C (27 J at –20 °C) with EN 10204 Type 3.2 certification.
- Inconel 800H coil fabrication with air solution annealing at a controlled cooling rate of 568 °C/hr.
- Radiant sections modularised complete with coil installation.
- All convection modules trial-assembled, including refractory installation and dry-out.
- Completed modules and assemblies packed to export grade for overseas shipment.
IRPC Reformer fabrication
108 MT stack, 60 m long × 3.5 m diameter and built in three sections, together with 100 MT of ducting, supplied, fabricated, assembled, surface-prepared, painted and packed within a 10-week delivery window for an overseas reformer package.
Manufacturing & supply of burner piping, convection structure for GPUFP project
Manufacture and export supply of 8,930 inch-dia of burner piping and 28 MT of convection structure for a fired-heater package, executed to a Japanese engineering client’s specification and documentation requirements and shipped for installation in Bangladesh.
MR-205
1,200 MT of structure, 560 MT of equipment and 40,000 inch-metre of piping executed as a single integrated mechanical scope, and handed over ahead of the contractual completion date.
B192-5A Deck for Cluster 8 Project
1,700 MT of structure, 124 MT of equipment and 4,000 inch-dia of piping executed as a single integrated mechanical scope, and handed over ahead of 30 days the contractual completion date.
