Recently Completed Major Turn Arounds
CDU III & VGO-DHDT TA
Successful execution of the main service contract for TA works at CDU III and VGO-DHDT, including replacement of the 2800 mm OD, 25 mm thick VDU transfer line and 143 m of 3 × 3 m duct, with 2,700+ manpower mobilized.
• 38 exchangers, 35 vessels, 34 air-fin coolers, 12 columns and 5 heaters handled in a single turnaround.
• 311 control valves, 295 isolation valves and 203 PSV / PVRV overhauled.
• All units completed ahead of plan: CDU in 21 days (planned 23), VGO in 27 days (planned 28) and DHDT in 22 days (planned 23).
Static maintenance services for SLB Main Service Contract during TA 2025
Turnaround completed ahead of schedule.
• Turnkey static maintenance of the Sulphur Block: SRU-1 & 2, SWS-1 & 2 and ARU.
• All five units handed over early, with up to 7 days saved on SWS-2.
• Zero incident throughout execution.
• Performance bonus awarded by the client for early completion.
Cracking Furnace Radiant Coil Replacement, DFCU
Complete radiant coil replacement in 7 cracking furnaces at the DFCU plant, with 16 coil sets dismantled and erected and 384 tube weld joints (2″ & 3″) per furnace on Inconel (25Cr-35Ni micro-alloy) coils.
• Zero weld repairs and zero incident across all furnaces.
• Scope also covered coil-group re-coiling, convection tubes, return bends & elbows and PQE / TLE gas inlet nozzle replacement.
• Executed under a rate contract from October 2023 to September 2025 and completed on schedule.
FCC-NHT Unit TA-26

NIU-NLU Units TA-26
Awarded the main service contract for TA-26 of the NIU-NLU units (MS Block) at HPCL Visakh Refinery, executed alongside the FCC-NHT turnaround.
• Combined scope across both TA-26 packages: 35 exchangers, 20 air-fin coolers, 31 vessels / filters and 6 columns.
• About 470 isolation valves, 117 control valves, 75 PSVs and 173 hydrotest loops.
• Around 1,000 personnel planned at peak deployment across both units.
