Refractory Lining
Castable, ceramic fibre and brick lining for high-temperature service
Project Execution
Refractory Lining
Vrishal Engineering Pvt. Ltd. provides refractory lining services for fired heaters, furnaces, reactors, regenerators, ducting, stacks and flare systems, executed as new lining or as shutdown repair.
Scope covers anchor installation, castable application, ceramic fibre lining, brick lining, gunning repair and dry-out support, with mixing, placing, curing and heating controlled as the refractory specification requires.

The Lining Decides the Shell Temperature
Refractory is what keeps the steel behind it within its design temperature. Where the lining is thin, poorly bonded or cracked, the shell runs hot and the metal starts to lose strength.
Hot spots found during operation almost always trace back to anchor spacing, material placement or an interrupted dry-out rather than to the refractory material itself.
Refractory
Mixing, Placing, Curing, Heating
Refractory is unforgiving about water content, mixing time, placing temperature and curing period. Small deviations at these stages show up as cracking and spalling much later.
Batch control, placing sequence, curing period and dry-out heating rates are followed and recorded as the specification requires.
Because refractory work usually sits inside a shutdown window and is followed by a long dry-out, it is planned early in the sequence rather than fitted in at the end.
