Civil
Civil works delivered alongside mechanical under one contract
Project Execution
Civil Works
Vrishal Engineering Pvt. Ltd. executes civil works as part of multi-discipline project delivery, covering equipment and tank foundations, pipe rack footings, paving, trenches, pits, pedestals and civil structures.
Offering civil alongside mechanical allows the interface between the two to be managed inside one contract. Foundation readiness, anchor bolt accuracy and area handover stop being a coordination issue between agencies and become a sequencing decision within the same team.

Civil Handed Over Ready for Mechanical
On most projects the first schedule loss happens at the civil-to-mechanical interface: foundations released late, levels not matching, anchor bolts out of position.
Executing both disciplines under one contract removes the argument and replaces it with a sequence. Civil progresses in the order that erection needs the areas, not in the order that suits civil.
Multi-discipline Delivery
Level, Centerline, Orientation
Anchor bolt position, projection and orientation control equipment setting, base plate fitting and nozzle alignment further down the line.
Template setting, level checks and as-built recording are done before concreting rather than corrected afterwards, because a foundation error is discovered by a crane holding a vessel.
Area handover from civil to mechanical is done formally, with levels, anchor positions and punch points recorded and closed.
