Rotary Maintenance
Precision overhaul of rotating equipment to keep plants running reliably
Rotary Equipment Maintenance
Vrishal Engineering Pvt. Ltd. provides rotary equipment maintenance services for refineries, petrochemical, oil & gas, chemical and fertilizer plants, covering routine servicing, planned overhaul and breakdown attention of rotating machinery.
Our teams work on pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, fans, agitators and gearboxes, carrying out dismantling, inspection, clearance measurement, component replacement, reassembly, alignment and trial run. Work is executed to OEM recommendations and plant procedures so that machines are returned to service with vibration, temperature and sealing performance within acceptable limits.

Reliability Is Decided by Clearances and Alignment
Rotating equipment gives early warning before it fails. Vibration, temperature rise, noise, seal leakage and lubrication condition all indicate what is happening inside the machine.
Vrishal Engineering treats rotary maintenance as precision work. Clearances, end play, run-out, soft foot, coupling alignment and seal setting are measured and recorded rather than judged by feel, because these are the values that decide whether a machine runs through its cycle or returns to the workshop within weeks.
Routine Attention. Planned Overhaul. Breakdown Response.
Plants need rotary support in three different modes, and each one demands a different response.
Vrishal Engineering supports day-to-day running maintenance with deployed crews, executes planned overhauls within scheduled windows, and mobilises quickly for breakdown attention when a critical machine stops.
Experienced engineers, supervisors, fitters, riggers and helpers are backed by workshop facilities, lifting and handling equipment and its own fabrication support, so that machines are attended, restored and returned to service with minimum loss of production.
